This newly constructed Designed to Sell home near Surfside Beach was designed with a young, modern family in mind. Subtle pops of color paired with the bright white shiplap walls give this home a contemporary cottage feel. Custom design elements include Philip Jeffries wallpaper in the powder room, a tile backsplash in the kitchen and a private deck off the master bedroom.
