For this new build project by Cross Rip Builders and Elisa H. Allen, our designers put a focus on using organic textures, colors and accents to highlight the beautiful details of this Designed to Sell home; such as the floor-to-ceiling wood fireplace, muted wood flooring, and unique lighting and tiling.

Located only a block away from the vast banks of the South Shore, this home called for soothing earth tones found in Nantucket’s natural environment like the shades of grey seen in the island’s fog banks, gold metallics of the summer sun, and blues inspired by the changing hues of our surrounding waters and sky. Nantucket Looms handwoven throws, local artwork, and small curiosities were placed throughout as a tribute to the island’s talented artisan community and historic past.
